Refund policy
We strive to deliver premium quality products and customer satisfaction. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

You have 5 days from the original delivery date (as confirmed by USPS tracking) to submit a return or refund request.

All return/refund requests must be submitted to Orders.saviorworldwide@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, a prepaid return label will be sent via email. You must ship the return within 3 days of receiving the label.

Extended return windows may be granted upon request only if pre-approved by our team in writing.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for worn, used, or damaged items.

If the 5-day return window has passed, we can only issue store credit equal to the item value (excluding shipping) — no refunds will be granted beyond that timeframe.
