Savior Worldwide – Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using the Savior Worldwide website, placing an order, or engaging with our brand in any way, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms protect both the customer and the company, and must be accepted prior to making a purchase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Returns & Refund Policy
We strive to deliver premium quality products and customer satisfaction. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

You have 5 days from the original delivery date (as confirmed by USPS tracking) to submit a return or refund request. No Shoes are eligible for returns unless noted by the Savior Worldwide Team.

All return/refund requests must be submitted to Orders.saviorworldwide@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, a prepaid return label will be sent via email. You must ship the return within 3 days of receiving the label.

Extended return windows may be granted upon request only if pre-approved by our team in writing.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for worn, used, or damaged items.

If the 5-day return window has passed, we can only issue store credit equal to the item value (excluding shipping) — no refunds will be granted beyond that timeframe.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To report a defect or mistake:

Email Orders.saviorworldwide@gmail.com with photos of the item(s), your order number, and a description of the issue.

If verified, we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
- We are not able to change or edit an address once order is processed
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Once your package has been handed off to USPS, Savior Worldwide is not liable for lost, delayed, or misplaced packages.

USPS is fully responsible for delivery once in possession of the parcel.

All orders are insured up to $100 USD through USPS.

If a package is lost or mishandled, USPS is responsible, and a claim can be submitted through them.

Shipping delays caused by USPS cannot be refunded or compensated by Savior Worldwide.
5. Store Credit - Final Sales & Cancellations

If your return is submitted outside the 5-day window but approved, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
- ALL shoes are FINAL sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless advised otherwise by Savior Worldwide team

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- No Cancellations for Purchases or Raffles. All Sales are Final
6. Product Availability & Payments

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Orders are subject to product availability and may be canceled or refunded at our discretion due to errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product designs, imagery, logos, and written content — is the intellectual property of Savior Worldwide. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including policies on returns, defective items, and shipping liability. This agreement ensures all customers are fully informed prior to purchasing.
